I would like to write a review particular with the Costa Coffee shop on Lister Gate in Nottingham.
I am a regular customer and have never been let down with the excellent service I have received by Franco and his team. The service that I receive is consistent with every other customer. I love the energy that Franco gives, he is a great role model for his team, they work together really well and work hard through rush periods efficiently which helps create a lovely warming and welcoming atmosphere.
I hope this feedback is recevied as I am aware that people are more likely to complain rather than give positive feedback which could result in receiving less positive feedback than deserved.
